Courtesies and Policies

Our Courtesies and Policies are put in place to provide our clients with the most enjoyable experience we can offer.

We require 24 hour notice for any date changes or cancellations for appointments and packages; 72 hours for parties of four and more.

There is a 50% cancellation fee without proper notice for services, packages, or no-shows.

We request that appointments valued over $45 be confirmed with a credit card. Please have this information ready when you call for an appointment.

We love your children, however will be unable to render services to those guests accompanied by children. Services are offered to children by appointment only.

We strongly discourage cell phone use in the spa.

In store credit only on all returns and gift certificates.

We recommend that all clients schedule their next massages, pedicures, fills, manicures, and facials prior to leaving Serendipity Spa.
