Our Courtesies And Policies For Everyone’s Fullest Enjoyment
Our Courtesies and Policies are put in place to provide our clients with the most enjoyable experience we can offer. We will be offering services until July 29, 2023 and will not be making further appointments. The boutique will remain open until the products are gone.

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment
This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of the service value for your appointment.  This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.”  No-shows will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.

Children
We love your children, however will be unable to render services to those guests accompanied by children.  Services are offered to children by appointment only.

Spa packages
We require all Spa Packages and Services be confirmed with a credit card. Please have this information ready when you call for an appointment. There is a 100% cancellation fee without proper notice for services, packages, or no-shows.

Phones
We strongly discourage cell phone use in the spa.

Returns
In-store credit only on all returns until July 29th, 2023.

Scheduling
We will be offering services until July 29, 2023 and will not be making further appointments. The boutique will remain open until the products are gone.

Gift Cards
Gift Certificates will be honored until the closing date and you can also redeem the dollar value for products.

Packages and Series
No refunds on unused series or packages.
